In Cambridge, MA Simon's (1736 Mass Ave) has terrific espresso, and the nicest
baristas.

In Lenox, the Lenox Coffee House (52 Main St) has even better espresso.

In Princeton NJ, Small World Coffee (14 Witherspoon St) is exceptional, and a
very nice, big venue.

In Provincetown Mass., Wired Puppy is a bit variable, but when the espresso is good,
it's VERY good.

In NYC, Joe's the art of Coffee, and Cafe Grumpy have excellent espresso.

In DC, and Arlington VA, Cafe Murky does a great job, although Nick Cho, the
owner, has an odd aversion to letting the customer put the milk in the latte
himself (to measure just the right amount).
