Angie’s List magazine. Over the years, we’ve received some pretty amazing reports on service providers working in a variety of fields. Some companies provide consistently excellent service, while others provide the opposite. So for the first time, we’ve decided to put a list together recognizing the best home contractors of 2007 and wagging our collective finger at the worst.
